For security and property monitoring, exterior cameras are installed around the home and may be periodically viewed by select members of our family to help ensure the safety and upkeep of the property and to confirm access for scheduled vendors. There is also a camera in the garage to monitor this primary access point. Cameras are positioned only in exterior/common access areas—never inside the living spaces—and should not be covered, disabled, or obscured at any time during your stay. Please note that the garage is considered a public/shared access area, as vendors, utilities, and security personnel may have access to it as needed. Guests may use the garage, but it does not secure the home—always keep the interior passage door locked. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, remain on-site for the duration of the stay, and is responsible for all guests. We do ask for email/mobile for contracting and provide our direct information for you to contact us. No personal information is shared with other parties. Dogs are subject to approval and an additional cleaning fee. We require a rental contract separate from Airbnb's terms; this must be signed before entrance is granted. If the agreement is not signed, we will not grant access to the house and will consider the reservation canceled by the guest, subject to the cancellation clause. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older with proof of ID when signing the contract. Due to county-mandated water restrictions for 2026, we must limit guest water use to remain in compliance. Each guest is allotted an average of 90 gallons per person per day for the duration of their stay. If water use exceeds this level, additional fees will be levied on the guest.

Neighborhood
We spent many years looking for just the right property. Like many, we originally wanted to buy a house that was up in the mountains. After renting many homes in and around Beaver Creek, we decided that driving up and down the curvy and snow packed roads was a bit dangerous and does not work well when you have kids that need to be dropped off at ski school and lots of people coming and going. We spent much time going back and forth vs. looking at the pretty scenery. Arrowhead was a place that was easy access to all the areas, had a ski bus that comes to the house, and we had great views of Vail. Also we have a very private yard and a golf course to snowshoe on or do some night putting.
Guest Access
Guests will receive a unique, reservation-specific access code through our app/website to unlock the passage door inside the garage that leads into the home. A separate general code is provided for the garage itself; because the garage is considered a shared/public access area, guests should always lock the passage door behind them to secure the house. No physical keys or garage door openers are provided. Passage door codes are active only for the duration of the reservation and expire at checkout.
